Is anyone seeing a difference in their skin's firmness with drinking additional water? I can only manage to get in 70oz a day and that is a struggle.

7th Generation Nano Exercise Case
With the 6th generation I could clip it to my t-shirt. I really liked that feature. Unfortunately, I think because of heavy use (and large quantities of sweat) my 6th gen. has stopped working. Quiting exercise
I think I need to quit exercise. Most days I walk two miles, run two miles+ and then go to a boxing or kickboxing class. This allows me to eat about 3100 calories after exercise calories. Am I still hungry?
I know when I am very hungry, but once I begin eating I really struggle with knowing when I am satisfied. Not sure I have a satisfied point, I may go right from still hungry to sick full. Has anyone else dealt with this and figured it out? Thanks!
