I am stuck. Anyone lost this amount of weight and then it seems like no matter how healthy you live nothing works? I am vowing as of today to do a better job tracking my food on a daily basis, but seriously guys, I am eating super healthy. And the minimum of exercise I do on any given day is 2 miles of walk/running. And the most I do it 1 mile walk, 3 mile run and a boxing/kickboxing class.
Does my body just need to adapt to a lower weight? Am I holding on to calories for some odd reason?
I haven't been the weight I am now since I was 13. I am 28 and I weigh 208.
