Cramping feet
When I exercise (aerobics, dancing, rollerblading, ice skating, etc.), my feet cramp severely and it's really debilitating. Any one have ideas on what to do? I've tried new shoes, drinking more water, taking vitamins, getting more potassium...I'm not sure what else to try.

Yo-yo motivation
So, I've lost 25 lbs. in 5 1/2 weeks as of this morning. That's a great achievement and I'm proud of myself for accomplishing what I have up to this point. Substitution Ideas
Whenever I crave something I probably shouldn't have, I try to find a healthIER option. I've been pretty successful so far. My favorite ice cream is Cold Stone cake batter with cookie dough and brownie mixed in. I crave it ALL THE TIME. Does anyone have any ideas for a lower calorie alternative?

This is better than a notebook...
I'm used to writing down what I eat in a notebook I keep in my purse (by used to, I refer to the whopping three days I've been waching my calories). This is quite a bit more fun. Hopefully it will be a successful system for me...I'm ready to be in shape.
