I'm looking for easy to cook meals. I've always been bad at cooking, so I don't do complicated well, but I'm tired of eating turkey sandwiches and Lean Cuisines. :ohwell: I love the chicken cordon bleu recipe someone posted here. I would like a great meatloaf recipe, potato dishes, anything low in calories. My calories, like most people probably, are pretty restricted. I'm also looking for desserts. Chocolate chip cookies and brownies are my favorite. Thanks!

I'm not good at cooking either. But I love the Easy Bisquick Chicken Pot Pie. Great if you have extra chicken pieces from another meal. It's also already in the MFP food database.
Ingredients
* 1 cup cooked chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
* 1 2/3 cups frozen vegetables, thawed
* 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup (low sodium, or 98% fat free)
* 1 cup Bisquick reduced-fat baking mix (regular Bisquick will work too)
* 1/2 cup nonfat milk or milk
* 1 egg
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Mix chicken, veggies and cream of chicken soup together and spread into bottom of non greased 9-inch round glass pie pan.
3. Mix remaining ingredients (Bisquick, milk and egg) and pour on top of chicken mixture.
4. Bake in oven for 30 minutes or until top turns golden brown.0 -
