Does anyone know any good stretches to improve flexibility? I'm a good dancer, but my weight seems to hold me back in people's eyes. While losing weight, I also want to improve my dancing. Ideas?

    i found youtube to be a very good place to watch video stretching. Im trying to learn the splits, and youtube is helping me alot.

    YOGA! When I was committed and doing it as much as often (4-6 days a week) I was able to do a lot! Legs behind the head, pretzel you name it!.... Speaking of I should probably try and hop back on the yoga train.

    I second that! But you don't have to do the "legs behind the head" right away; a good yoga instructor will help you adapt the exercises to what your body can do.

    And may I put in a plug for Tai Chi - it's excellent as well, and easier if you'd rather move around than hold a pose.
