I'm losing weight. I weigh myself every Saturday, so I know it's coming off, but...I feel no motivation. I'm training for a half marathon in August, so I'm currently running 2 miles, 3 times a week. On my off days from running, I do a Jillian Michaels DVD. I weight train 3 times a week and go to aerobics classes 3-4 times a week. I write down everything I eat and try to make smart choices.
I guess I'm just a little down because I don't notice any difference. My clothes don't seem to fit better and the weight is coming off, but really slowly. I know it's better that it's coming off slow, because it's more likely to stay off, but still...
How do all of you stay motivated? I feel like I'm giving this everything I've got, but I have another 73 lbs to lose (at least) and it's daunting.
