This is better than a notebook...

I'm used to writing down what I eat in a notebook I keep in my purse (by used to, I refer to the whopping three days I've been waching my calories). This is quite a bit more fun. Hopefully it will be a successful system for me...I'm ready to be in shape.

I had made a notebook with special pages and everything:tongue::tongue: This is WAY more fun and more informative.

  • I use diet miinder journals.

I prefer to write it down as I am not always at a computer, and it sometimes helps for me to look back on my handwritten info. The journals have space to write down thoughts and feelings as well as logging my vits and other supps.

I am old school.....it is something my trainer started me on. I also have the fitness minder where I can log my workouts.

Good luck. Before you know it you will be on week three instead of day three. The people on here are helpful. Many have had great success.

I used a notebook before to log my food but it was much harder to look up the calories in foods and write them down. This site makes it so easy.

    Welcome!! :flowerforyou:
