Seriously? I keep going over my sodium intake suggestion. I don't go over my fat or my calories ever, but the sodium is kicking my butt. I'm really struggling with this and need some advice. Just as a side note, I'm not eating tv dinners.

I had this problem too - you should go through your food diary and figure out what it is that's driving the high sodium. Once you've done that, look for low-sodium versions/alternatives when you go grocery shopping. For me, it was my english muffins, bread and lunchmeat that were causing my sodium to be high. Now I always buy lower-sodium versions and I rarely go over. Good luck!0

Do you drink soda?0

Nope, no soda. It's definately coming from my lunch meats and the like.0
