Can this scale sync to myfitnesspal?
Hello. I don't want to spend $80 on a scale but I do want my weight to automatically show up on the myfitnesspal feed. Is there a way to print your food log?
I tried to print one day and it had all this unnecessary stuff (like copy to which date for example). This made it a 6 page ugly document. Is there a way to print through settings or some other way I don't know about? Ideally if there is a way to see one week at a time that would be great! Thanks!

Grilled chicken Question- quantity
We marinate chicken with either a store bought lawry's or I also make my own with oil and vinegar and spices. We use for our lunches during the week, in a salad full of veggies. I like A LOT of chicken in mine. Do I need to worry about it?

How do you MFP?
Do you like and/or comment on things on your wall? I always like people's exercise diary and often comment. But I never really like or comment on food diaries, nor do I look at them on the regular. That's just how I do. What about you?

When to add protein powder to oatmeal?
I have been adding 1/2 scoop to my oatmeal for breakfast. I have been putting all my ingredients including the protein powder into a bowl, add water, stir and microwave for 2 minutes 45 seconds. Is this OK, or should I cook the oatmeal first then add the powder? Does it matter?

I weigh myself after I get up in the morning (and after peeing). Then I weigh myself after working out (I do it first thing in the morning).
