Salad Dressing Takeout Containers?
I think I may be grossly underestimating my salad dressing measurements. If I have a small Solo mini takeout container of salad dressing (clear plastic cup with a lid), I've been counting that as 2 tablespoons - but I really think it's more than that! I think it really might be 4 oz, but that's 8 tablespooons!!! Any ideas?

How do I measure something I fried in oil?
Hey everyone, I made fried ravioli's and they were super healthy until I fried them in canola oil. My question is, how do I add frying them in oil to the recipe? I used about 1.5 cups of oil in the pan but most of it remained in pan when I was done. So how do I calculate this? Please help! Thanks
