Does it matter what I eat?
I eat 1,200 each day. Does it matter what I eat for those 1,200 calories? Like, for snacks if I eat a grain bar, would it matter? Cuz people always say don't "diet" but make a lifestyle change. I can't really eat veggies and fruits for snacks for my whole life but I love grain bars. Help me. >.<

So I calculated I burn around 2,300 calories a day (I sit all day, is that even possible?). And I wanna lose 1 pound a week. In order, I have to burn 2,500 each day. How much calories should my meals be?
Usually I have meals like this: Breakfast: 250 calories (Oatmeal and milk) Lunch: 350 (Low calorie soup, bread with sour cream) Dinner: 350 (Bread, cream cheese, sausage) Snacks: 180 (Cereal bar, yogurt) Are these calories okish? Is having one 'bad day' a week a good thing?
IDK I always hear people saying,"Treat yourself with one 'bad day' a week. This way, you're not as tempted."
