So we all know that cheerful Leslie.
She is probably my all-time favorite instructor. Anywho, I have been doing her videos a super long time ago and I started doing them again. I am 5'6, 157 pounds,female teenager, eat 1,500 calories a day. I have hit a plateau ( :sad: ) so I switched up my workout. If I do this 4-mile 45 minute workout, is that good enough to "bump" my workout? Or should I continue,say, go on 30 minute brisk walks. I really am hoping for a good answer.

Her WATP videos are closer to low-impact aerobics than walking. That being said, it might give you a boost if all you have been doing is walking0
