Juice/Smoothie Recipes Needed

So I'm going to start a juice/smoothie diet where I drink my calories. I will be drinking smoothies, juices, and soup type-of-meals. I don't have a juice maker but only a blender.
Does anyone have any recipes for good smoothies or juices you can make with a blender?

  • I just made one today:).. I like my smoothies thick, because it keeps me fuller longer. I make two at a time (Put one in my thermos) I use

    1 cup of non fat plain yogurt]
    2 bananas
    4 or 5 ice cubes
    1 cup to 1 1/2 cup of frozen fruit (Usually strawberries, mangos, blueberries)

    I find the frozen fruit makes it thicker, but I also put fresh fruit in when its on sale:) they are yummy!
  • I start my morning with a smoothie!
    1 banana
    1/4 low fat yogurt
    2 Tbl All natural peanut butter
    3/4 - 1C Silk Milk

    That's it!! 303 Calories! So yummy
