Which deadlift do you pull? Conventional or Sumo (butt)
If you watch broscience you know what eating butt means. I started out learning sumo, but as I became more experienced found that conventional is much faster and stronger for me.

What grinds your "gears" at the gym?
When I first started at the gym I felt people were staring at me judging me for being fat... Nothing has changed, but I feel as though people (dooods) still stare because they want to make the gym a competition. No, I don't care how much you can lift.. no I don't care how big your bicep is... staring is not anabolic.

What "equipment" do you wish your gym had?
I've seen some neat things like a gym that has a video loop pointed at the deadlift platforms and power racks, so people can finish their lift and then form check on the monitors they have. My campus gym is pretty barebones and only the varsity athletes get to use the Olympic weightlifting equipment.

Started using a lifting belt after a while...
Damn, makes hitting higher volume days / heavy days so much easier. I don't feel as taxed by the time I'm 1/2 done through my working sets. Definitely worth the investment once you're lifting 2x body weight+.

Why are chest pictures so common?
Is it because females in particular have never felt wanted and WANT to be objectified on MFP? I feel like once a female becomes a bro... arm flexing and boob pictures get uploaded ASAP. Not complaining... I like boobs and fitness, but I think it's making MFP creepier than it needs to be.

What structured lifting programs have you tried/recommend?
