Generally, compound lifts are my favorite, but if I had to break down my top lifts compound vs. isolation...
- Isolation movement: Lat pull down close or wide
- Compound movement: Sumo dead lift
- HITT: Biking
-Steady State Cardio: Stairs

I have a strong love/hate relationship with squats. I want to love them but it's sooooo hard for me to go deep. I constantly get qued on that.
And I love benching too- it's nice adding some real weight to the bar when other ladies are playing with dumbbells.0 -
Deadlifts! And squats....can I say both?0
