    burpees (for kicking my *kitten*)
deadlifts (for lifting heavy things and making my legs shaky)
bench press (for making myself feel better after burpees kick my *kitten*)
high pulls (bc of the vanity element-- I can do a ton of weight and it looks bad-*kitten*)
lat pull downs (bc I want to be batman)

Deadlifts for legs, and seated cable row for back. Actually I love training back all together, and shoulders and arms. I hate training legs, but those are my weakest so I train 2x a week.

newfound love of Deadlifts and Leg presses. Benching more then your boyfriend is always a nice feeling too ^_^ :blushing: :drinker:
Does that mean by some weird logic that if I bench more than you, you become my gf?

The bench. I've seen far more progress on squats and deadlifts, but there's something incredibly satisfying about a new bench PR. Also, afterwards I get the same wonderful feeling I get from a capsaicin overdose, so there's that too.

SNATCH!! as all time favourite - lifting heavy **** from floor to above your head.. how can you not love that!! especially from hanging position.. priceless!!
Kb swing as a very close second!!
burpees (as i just have the proper form down n feel like im flying when im doing them.. instead of dieing like normal)
and also rather love hand stand pressups and ring dips!!

If only one, it would be Deadlifts. Squats are a close second, and I like split squats as well.

Leg press! Probably because I can do reasonably well on it, and the feeling the next day is incredible, sore, but incredible!

Watching "The View" I think is a greater test of strength.

    Just getting into lifting, but
Deadlifts are my favourite, maybe because I made such progress, and can lift more than my bodyweight.
    Steady state cardio - swimming.
    HIIT - probably the treadmill

Hang, clean & press - because it makes the gym chatterboxes keep their distance.
