It's great when you can really start being more in tune with your body. You don't need super heavy weight or special machines to feel a really good contraction and everything just clicks*

Mental cues are great like "pull with your elbows" for back exercises, but when you don't have to rely on those cues anymore I feel like gainz REALLY can be made.
