Working with weights
I started to get into working with weights this week & Im wondering how long before it starts to show in my legs & arms? Do I up my reps before I up my lb or do I up my lb & lower my reps? I want nice toned arms & legs & I am going in this blind

I used the scooby site & after a 20% deduction & 3-5 hour a week exercise routine it gave me 1845 So the question is now do I have to eat back exercise calories since tdee already figures that in?

starting to lose all motivation

question about eating calories burned
Im on a 1200 calorie diet According to mfp I burned 467 calories working out to 30DS & P90x so it bumped me back up to 902 calories remaining for the day Do I have to eat all 902 so I don't put my body into starvation mode?
