My goal completely(not necessarily by those dates) is to get to 130-135lbs
& to get rid of arm flubber, my poochy stomach & my thunder thighs

Im medium frame 30" waist 39"hip

What can I do to get the fastest best long lasting results by my events?
Specific workouts?
Foods?
