I started to get into working with weights this week & Im wondering how long before it starts to show in my legs & arms?
Do I up my reps before I up my lb or do I up my lb & lower my reps?
I want nice toned arms & legs & I am going in this blind

What do you mean "starts to show"? What are your goals? Are you looking to lose fat or build muscle? If you mean how long will it take for my arms/legs to be slimmer, (ie fat loss), then it depends on where your body wants to lose weight from first. You need to eat at a deficit and lose the fat, then the muscle you have will be more defined and more readily seen. If you're looking to add mass, it can take a decent amount of time, and that will come with some fat gain, as it requires eating at a surplus, for the most part.0

It completely depends on what your goals are, how much you are eating, and what type of workout routine you are doing.
Your post does not have enough information.0
