    High fiber to fill you up. Protein to keep you satisfied longer. I always eat protein for breakfast or else I'm hungry in an hour. Eggs or greek yogurt with a piece of fruit. Lunch could be a big salad with chicken and another piece of fruit. Dinner should protein and veggies. There's really no magic bullet.

    Low sugar fruits, non starchy vegetables, oily fish, reduced fat dairy, seeds like ground flax or chia.

    I do oatmeal with chia seeds in the AM (about 0700)... keeps my full for HOURS. I can almost always make it to a later lunch (1300-1400). Try high fiber/high protein (as previously recommended)
