eating lose weight tone up

Today I finished day 10 level 1 of 30DS & I also add in another 15-30 min or exercise after.
7 days a week & other then exercise I don't move around that much.
I'm 5'7 146 lbs
Mfp had me at 1200 net calories to eat. I bumped it up to 1300 but I'm really eating like 1600-1700 calories a day after eating back exercise.
Im fullsometimes too full.
So I feel like im doing the eating thing right
But would like other opinions

It looks good by looking at your diary, and it seems like you're on the right track! I notice you drink an oatmeal smoothie often for breakfast. Maybe reduce that down to half a serving, and save the other half for a post-workout snack. I'm sure it's very filling. Once your metabolism bumps up and can match up with what your eating, the hungry all the time feeling will slowly go away... I had the same happen to me when I went from 1200 cals no exercise, to 1800 cals and lots of exercise.
