I used the scooby site & after a 20% deduction & 3-5 hour a week exercise routine it gave me 1845
So the question is now do I have to eat back exercise calories since tdee already figures that in?

Some will say yes, some will say no.
It's all down to personal preference and since everyone is different, I'd maybe suggest trying both and reviewing your results?
If you want a solid answer though, the 20% deduction is fine. Eat them back. You'll likely still lose. Plus you don't have to eat them back all the time and you don't have to eat 100% of them back. Listen to your own body.0 -
With the Scooby website it factors in 3-5 hrs workout, does it not?0
