losing weight& inches... give it to me straight

I have lots of questions. I need answered.

Okay, I am 19, 5'6, 146lbs. I have a 30" waist & 39"hip. I exercise 3-4 times a week doing
Taebo, plyo(p90x) , leg&back(p90x) , shoulder&arm (p90xl , walking.
When im not exercising I don't do much moving around. I only drink water.
I am on a 1800 calorie diet as of right now.

Now, I would like to lose 10lbs & shrink my waist a good 3-5" & hips around 5"

How many calories should I eat daily in order to achieve this?
Is counting carbs, fats,sodium, protein all necessary? If so how much should I take in?

What are net calories?
When I exercise should I eat more calories on that day? Even if im not aware of how many I burn when I workout?
On days that I don't exercise should I eat less or the same?

Sorry for all the questions I am just kinda confused & ready to get it going properly.
