Peeling skin?
The skin on my stomach has been peeling-as if I had a bad sunburn, but without the redness- for about 2 weeks now. I am 8 weeks pp. I put lotion and oil on twice a day and it isn't helping. Is anyone else experiencing this? I don't remember this with my first two kids!

Day 2
Did L1 day 2 this morning. I'm using 5 lb weights except for the anterior raises/side lunges- I have to use 2.5 lbs for those. Not sure why those are so much more difficult for me other than it is the last strength exercise. Tomorrow is a lifting day for me, so I'll be back on Wednesday.

Can I incorporate 30 DS DVD on non-lifting days? If I only use light (5 lb) weights will it mess with my recovery? I am halfway through stage 1 and looking for something to do on non lifting days. I really dislike straight cardio like running, elliptical, etc. thanks for your help!

Afternoon willpower needed

No sleep = overeating
For the last several days I have started my day at 3am. I try falling back asleep, but I just can't. So, I eat breakfast by 4am and wind up using most of my calories by 3pm. mfp calorie estimations?
I know a hrm is best, but I don't have one- I might ask for one for Christmas. Anyway, I use the mfp estimates for calories burned during exercise and I noticed this week that the estimate went up by about 10 calories per 30 minutes of exercise. Is this because when I weighed in my weight went up? Just curious.

I've tried searching this, but as you can imagine, the word "fat" appears many times on these boards. I need to eat more fat, especially while I'm pregnant, but I am allergic to nuts and avocados. Do you count prenatal yoga in your exercise? I have been counting it under "stretching, hatha yoga" but I really doubt that what I do burns 70 calories in 30 minutes. Should I just leave it out? I would like to keep track of the minutes though. Thoughts?

changing macros increased calories?
Why did my calories increase when I changed my macros? My activity level and weight didn't change, so why would that change? I switched to 40/30/30 and my daily cal changed from 1880 to 1930, which I know isn't huge, but I'm curious why it changed at all.
