Just found out I am severely deficient in vitamin D, which DR says can account for weight loss difficulties as well as my thinning hair, bone pain, and brittle nails. Body media baseline calorie burn
So I have figured out that Body media gives me back any calories that I burn after I hit about 1750 calories burned. Can someone tell me where this number comes from? FYI, my BMR calculates to about 1450. My average daily burn is 2250. Thanks!

Hi Started about 2 weeks ago. I am at 1200 calories per day and I earn about 550 calories per day (through FitBit). I am not eating my additional calories. Clothes feel good: scale not moving as much as I want. Feedback please?
