How is this for workout schedule

Been at this for 2 weeks with little scale success. Going to eat more, back off cardio and lft more.
Plan will be:
Kickboxing 1day per week
Swimming 1day per week
Run/walk: 45 minutes 2 days per week

Hasfit beginner strength training you tube videos: 3 days per week

Thoughts....

    Seems good to me? You'll be active most days of the week; it certainly won't HURT I'd imagine :)

    It will take more than two weeks to know if it is working or not.

    For Example: I hopped aboard the Eat More to Weigh Less bandwagon, the first few weeks I was freaking when I looked at the scale... it jumped sooo badly. Now though even when I lift weights, it's going down nicely.
