Hey
I see many people reference this type of exercise, can someone explain it to me?
Thanks

HIT and HIIT are two different things.... HIIT as described above is about interval training, whilst HIT in reference to weight training is High Intensity Training. This was an approach championed by bodybuilders such as Mike Mentzer and is based upon very intensive, high load, low rep workouts with a lot of rest in between. If you google HIT and Mike Mentzer you should find loads of info.0
