It's a feature available to free accounts, but there was a known issue that was resolved just today: https://support.myfitnesspal.com/hc/en-us/articles/360044075851-Resolved-Fitbit-Issues-5-26
Note: your exercise sessions will never show up via the sync. It will just be an overall adjustment.0
