Hey
Just finished first week of eating more to lose and I lost .8, which is better than I have been doing. I am losing inches though as I now fit in to a pair of pants that were too small 1 month ago.
My diary is open, could I get some feedback please?
BTW, I know I didn't eat enough fruit/veggies last week, hard a difficult time getting to the store.
And my exercise is from my Bodymedia, which gives me back any calories I burn after I hit 1750.
I do cardio 4times per week and added in strength training last week.
I am 45, weigh 161.2, my TDEe is about 2200, according to B M, and my BMR is 1450
