January 2020. Wow hard to believe it.
143 this morning. Chris I understand so much better now that I can't walk as much as I would like. Get better. I AM going to get to 135 and stay there. I have a workout plan all ready. Just have to get the go ahead from the PT. GAl. Let's get to our goals ladies. Shelley

August is upon us.
I am so glad I have a Fitbit. I fought getting one for years. Now it goes everywhere with me. And so far it has helped me lose 3 pounds. I set a goal of 1.5 pounds a week for myself with its help. Tell us what strategies you are using to lose a few pounds this month. Or just maintaining. Shelley

Oh my goodness. Feeling more like my old self now. Gardening again is now fun. Looking forward to working out again. Might actually be able to take off some weight now. Chris keep healing.
