My Dairy is open. I don't eat meat or dairy. I am allergic to soy and tree nuts. I have a solid week of logging I think, but it's pretty normal and average for me. I don't have a sweet tooth. My Goal is to drop body fat so lean muscle can start showing. I am like 99% sure my TDEE was 1700.... :-\ I think. I never thought I…

Another Protein question
So I just don't eat enough protein. I tend to not like 'protein' foods. I don't eat meat (except fish and that isn't often). I am allergic to nuts, and I don't like eating too many beans. Here's from last month when I was logging (I haven't been logging lately, but my eating habits are the same. I drink a protein shake…

it's 2013, why are women playing mother to their husbands?
I do NOT understand. I get it if he works late, and you are home earlier or stay at home. What I DO NOT get is making two separate meals, or even more for kids. Eating healthy should be a great new plan for the whole family. You are not your husbands mother. http://youareagrownman.com/2010/07/21/know-how-to-cook/…

Most of my carbs are carbs from fruit or vegetables.…

Best Food Scale?
I'm a science nerd and I'm used to my lab scale that goes to .0000 points. Most of the food scales I've seen only measure on 1g increments. My boyfriend is an analytical nerd. We're looking for the most precise food scale we can buy that will go to furthest decimal. Suggestions?

Stupid question about heavy lifting
Does it mean literally heavy? Cause isn't heavy different for everyone? So for instance, anything with shoulder raises 3lb are difficult for me but I can do them, so would heavy lifting be 5lbs? Biceps I can do 5 lbs no problem so I should be heavy lifting at say 8?
