Recipe help: How big is a scoop of Ice Cream?

How do I add the ice cream (I have to use So Delicious Vegan Soy Free Ice Cream), but the recipe calls for "scoop". How do I add that?

This receipe looks delicious! I would use a normal size ice cream scoop and then measure those so you can add them on here.
