I loved Fat Sick and Nearly Dead. I didn't do the juice fast like he did but I was really inspired to clean up my diet. That is one of the most motivating and inspiring food docs I have seen.0

Watched that last night. Made a ton of sense to me. I liked how they talked about the mind body connection and about how adding whole foods while gradually cutting back on processed foods is a better approach instead of a complete overhaul of you diet.0

i also loved 'supersize me' and it really made me rethink some of my food choices.0
