Food documentaries on Netflix

Watching "Hungry for Change" right now, it's pretty good.

Anyone else have suggestions they liked?

"Food Nation" and "Fat Sick and Nearly Dead" are really good!

Even on a low sodium diet, one should take these documentaries with a grain of salt.

Agree but I think they're interesting.

I loved Fat Sick and Nearly Dead. I didn't do the juice fast like he did but I was really inspired to clean up my diet. That is one of the most motivating and inspiring food docs I have seen.

Watched that last night. Made a ton of sense to me. I liked how they talked about the mind body connection and about how adding whole foods while gradually cutting back on processed foods is a better approach instead of a complete overhaul of you diet.

my husband and i have been watching so many of these. they have really inspired us to do more research and make big changes. so far our favorites have included:

    fat, sick, and nearly dead
    vegucated
    food matters
    hungry for change
    forks over knives

i also loved 'supersize me' and it really made me rethink some of my food choices.
