Low calorie Vegan Soy free Portein Shake?

I feel like my protein shake has way too many calories in it I like to drink one like once a day after I've worked out. Mainly because I just don't eat anywhere enough protein. I need a vegan shake, and I need a soy free, one. (No Whey, or caesin or almond).

This is what goes into mine:
Tempt - Chocolate Hemp Milk, 1 cup Cal - 170
Manitoba Harvest Hemp Protein Powder - Hemp Pro 70, 4 Tbsp Cal - 140
Dole - Pineapple Chunks In 100% Juice, 1/2 cup Cal - 70
Ground (Exotic - Flaxseed, 0.33 Tbl (7g) Cal - 18
So Delicious - Cultured Coconut Milk Yogurt Plain, 1/4 cup Cal - 80
Bananas - Raw, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Cal - 90
568 Total Calories are in it.

Is that high? Any suggestions for a lower calories, soy free, vegan, nut free shake? I want (need at least 25 g Protein)

    Non dairy milk of choice (flax has 25 calories a cup) + strawberries (50) + pea protein (130) + sweetener of choice = 205 calories, 28-29 g protein

    Well it looks like flax milk has way less calories than hemp milk

    Replace the strawberries in the recipe I listed with a frozen banana and add flavoring as desired (vanilla, cinnamon.)

    With raspberry and strawberry smoothies, add splashes of lime or lemon juice.

    Tropical blend frozen fruit is also great.

    You can throw greens like spinach and kale into all of these.
