Best Food Scale?

I'm a science nerd and I'm used to my lab scale that goes to .0000 points. Most of the food scales I've seen only measure on 1g increments. My boyfriend is an analytical nerd. We're looking for the most precise food scale we can buy that will go to furthest decimal.

This is the one I use for small things, Salter model 1250: http://www.oldwillknottscales.com/salter-1250.html?gclid=CJWSm_bMhLYCFeZFMgodq2wA3w0

I use a Taylor and I find it to be pretty accurate. Let me know if there is anything better than it because I have no idea. Science is not my field, but I love to learn :-)0
