Sorry questions about calories and macros?

OK I have my calories set to 1400, I eat about 1700 per day on average due to exercise calories.
This week I ate 467 net calories under weekly goal .....
The pie chart on my app says:
I ate 49% Carbs (I am set to 30%)
I ate 30% Fat ( I am set 40%)
I ate 21% Protein (I am set to 30%)
OK I need to up my protein somehow. But since I was under my net calorie goal for the week, is it OK that I ate over on Carbs?
Edit to add: I'm a pescatarian (who eats no dairy). MOST of my carbs came from veggies, my protein shake. Sure I had two cupcakes this week, which is very unusual for me anyway. But I dunno should I worry about my carb intake?
Goal for now to drop body fat so I can gain muscle.

See that's my problem with out the shake, my protein would be even lower.
I don't eat meat (only fish). And I just don't eat enough protein rich foods.
I'm not going crazy; I just wanted to know if I'm under my calorie goal if being high on carbs was OK?
I don't mind losing a little slow.
Thanks!0 -
I guess it depends why your carbs are set a certain way. I've seen several people whose goal carb levels are set at 55% to start with!0

Since you eat fish, load up on tuna. It's like all protein.0

Greek yogurt and cottage cheese are really good for protein so don't forget to incorporate them if you aren't already.0

how about including every first meal with a shake (so, a sweet meal like oats with the powder mixed in.) and every second meal a savory meal with fish and veggies.0
