Im confused..the book called secret the law of attraction. Anyone who succeed with this? Just by "ask believe recieve"they said what u believe and think will come true..dont have to think about how much u eat and no need to exercise its about what u think of your body is the body now.please help me

i just start jumping rope..

how to eat accurate macro.
i know i need 205g of protien, 160g of carbs, 40g of fats. i know i can have the food i want it's just that i cant eat how much i want. but the thing is how can i calculate this?....let's say chicken breast it has 23~25g of protein,but there is fat also. how can i calculate all of these....this is kinda stressful.. more…

day 1 chest day 2 back day 3 leg chest day doing 10 set of 10 reps of bench press and 10sets of 10 reps that are for tricep back doing death lift or whatever 10 sets of 10 reps and the same for bicep and leg days also.. doing this 6days in a week. what do u think? will i gain muscle doing this? or not?

eating two whole chicken
hmm what i want to know is... many people says that i will never gain weight if i eat the whole food. if i eat the whole two chicken in one day. or two whole Fish or even the whole one part of pig like leg... with vegetable will i gain or not gain fat? will i still loose weight?
