i know i need 205g of protien, 160g of carbs, 40g of fats.

i know i can have the food i want it's just that i cant eat how much i want.

but the thing is how can i calculate this?....let's say chicken breast it has 23~25g of protein, but there is fat also.

how can i calculate all of these....this is kinda stressful..

more stressful than counting calories.

and let's say i will eat big mac how can i calculate that? it's already cooked..

can anyone help me?..

You could use a website/application that works it all out for you?

Such as, I dunno... myfitnesspal? :)

You can always pre-plan yours days if you're that worried about hitting these 'targets' dead on.

However, I wouldn't worry about it too much as likely however this worked out, it was going to be a bit of guestimate and there's no way we can really know what is perfect for each of our individual bodies.
