what should i do..?

i just did 5x5 last week

and this week im wrong..

in the program says that it should be

week1
monday wed Friday

Plan A PlanB Plan A

week2

monday wed Friday

plan B plan A plan B

but the thing is this second week i did A B A again...

what should i do? did i do it totally wrong?...

what and where should i start?

    no reason to panic. next week do BAB and keep the rotation up from there.

    Not a problem. Do as the above poster says and get back into routine. I just started StrongLifts last week, so I´m pretty new as well, and worried that I´m doing it good enough. Being a girl with arms like earthworms, I can´t lift as much as I´m supposed to. Cudoz to you, if you can. And GOOD JOB for starting out, it´s a big deal. :drinker:
