it's been 14days that i jump rope 30minutes a day.
and im just eating less as possible. but sometime i exceed more than 1700calories..
do u guys think i still can lose weight? im 172cm and 74kg

As long as you are eating less calories and are still at a deficit for your body then yes
I am not sure what your calories burned on a normal basis is. I would compare how much you are intaking to how much you burn on a normal day and with exercise and a long as you are eating less than those combined yes you will lose weight

What kind of jump rope? Speed rope? Double unders?
EDIT: Jumping rope is a very high intensity exercise. If you're doing 30 minutes a day you probably need to eat more than 1700 just to fuel yourself. Typically jumping rope is something you only do for 10-20 minutes a day. Any more than that is too much given the nature of the exercise.0
