how to deal with insomia...

i already posted questions about 5x5...

but now i have question again...

the problem is I CANT SLEEP!!!!

it's been three weeks im doing 5x5...

yes im doing it well im always counting my maintain calories just for me not to gain fat

(im counting because some say i might eat alot during the day when im lack of sleep)

in three week i've done even when i didnt sleep

and today i cant sleep again it's 3:45 am...already

is it ok to go to gym? and it is effective even im not sleeping well?will i gain fat if i will not sleep well?will i not lose fat?

im try my best to eat my protein every day..

eating well..and always add 5 pounds or 10 pounds each section

what u guys think?
