going to gym without any sleep

i have insomia and im planning i will not sleep and go to gym at 9 or 10am

do u think this is gud? or ok?

im doing 5x5 work out.i just want to know.

    Probably not the best idea anyone has ever had, but not terrible if you listen to your body. If you feel dizzy/faint/lightheaded/too exhausted, stop. Maybe the exercise will wear you down enough you can sleep when you go home.
