I'm a student. I go to school at night, do one hour of barre class or yoga a day, do daily house work (laundry, dishes) & occasionally walk my dogs. I do take naps... Does this sound lightly active or active? Sitting at a desk for school isn't exactly active...

Ladies-ravenous on your period?
The 3 days before I'm on my period, I can eat upwards of an extra 1000 calories a day. I eat nutritious foods & give in to cravings, but on those nights I just can't stop! Any suggestions that have worked for you?

I've heard that blueberries are "negative calorie" foods. I have a friend who just started dieting. She use to binge a lot, but she's replaced it now with binge eating blue berries. BOXES at a time. I told her that the excess calories are still "excess". Any views on this?

when you're sick in bed all day...
i had literally just gotten to my goal weight (104.5/105) & then I got sick.. I've been laying in bed the past couple days just eating food :( i'm now up to 107 in a matter of less than a week!! idk what to do... i suppose i could just sleep all day & avoid food (lol...kidding) should i go off of my bmr?

My stomach looks squishiier sometimes...is that considered water retention? Aka drink more water? Also, I just drank a zero calorie zero carb monster energy drink.
