edited February 13 in Goal: Maintaining Weight
i went from my standard weight of 108-110ish
to a low weight of 85 (nov 2013) due to anorexia last year.
from mid november to now i have gained up to 107 with a 2500+ cal diet
the past week and a half i have been maintaining on 1300 calories... i keep seeing calorie calculators though that say i should be able to maintian on 1500... i'm really nervous that i'll gain?

You should be asking an expert not a bunch of strangers that could give life threatening advice,

hi, not trying to steer you down the wrong path or anything but for me it was really scary to up my calories. my dietician said i was supposed to be eating a certain amount but i was too afraid of that much so i ate less and didn't lose anything but then when i actually ate the amount she wanted i lost weight (probs just water weight) but still, i'd go see a dietician if you could. they would offer the best advice but i know that for me my metabolism is messed up so i kind of just have to trust that others know what they're talking about. so yeah, hope that helped!
