My stomach looks squishiier sometimes...is that considered water retention? Aka drink more water?
Also, I just drank a zero calorie zero carb monster energy drink. My stomach feels super full, I look like I have a "squishier" stomach...physically looks fatter. Do you think it's water retention? Bloat?
