Planks and sore shoulders
I am currently on Stage 5 of NROL4W. I'm supposed to be doing planks for 120 seconds x3. I can usually do one, but after that my shoulders get sore(especially the left one) and I wind up only doing about 90 seconds. Any tips for making my shoulders last longer?

NSV
A lady at the gym came up to me to tell me that she had been watching me and admired my ability to perform prone jackknives. First I was embarassed b/c they are difficult and I am red, sweaty and panting after doing them. I got over that though, because she obviously took it as an indication of my hard work:)

Any Body Pumpers out there?
I've been taking a Body Pump class at my local gym for a while now. I typically go 2-3 times per week(usually 3). Do you feel this is a good substitute for just lifting weights? I really like the class and I would hate to cut out a session, but I don't really have time to add a regular weight lifting session to my schedule.

I found an abdominal workout in Women's Health magazine. It only takes about 15 minutes to complete and you do all the moves while standing (with some squats). It does make me break a sweat, but not a lot. What should I log this as? Aerobics, weight training, what?

What a difference a month makes!
I was getting kinda bummed that in one month, I've only lost 2.6 pounds. Then I measured myself and found I'd lost 1 1/2 inches in my hips, 1/2 in in my chest(bye-bye back fat) and 1 inch in my belly!!! While the results aren't coming as fast as I'd like(I want it gone NOW), I can't be too upset with that progress:)
