How much to lose to decrease body fat percentage?

If I know my current body fat percentage(35.6%) and my current weight(171), what formula do I use to figure out, roughly, how many pounds I need to lose to get to say 25% body fat?
This is probably a silly question, but math is not my strong suit and it's Monday...

You input current weight and body fat, and input goal body fat. They will give you a goal weight and tell you how it was calculated.0 -
You have to make a couple of assumptions here, in that you will not gain or lose any muscle mass. This means you need to be doing strength training and eating enough protein to maintain your current mass.
However:
171*(1-.356) = 110 lb lean weight
110/(1-.25) = 146.7 lb at 25% fat and maintaining your muscle mass0
