Is it bad that I am always under the MFP recommended fat on my daily food diary?

***oops, didn't read your post carefully. sorry for the dopey response***0

You do need a certain amount of fat, especially good fats from avocados, fish, olive oil and nuts. But, if you get too much your body will convert what it can't process into fat. So, unless you're under by a lot, I wouldn't worry about.0

Just keep an eye on how much trans fat and saturated fats you are taking in, those are the bad fats, you can add those to your diary. Monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats are the better fats.0

So how do I add that stuff to my diary?0

I strive to be under in fat! I've always been about low fat rather than low carb..0
