Anyone else eat fast food alot and still lose?
I have found that Burger King's whopper jr w/ cheese, small fry, diet coke combo meal is a life saver bc I am always so busy at lunch time. holy hell, didnt realize until it was too late.... over 6000mg of sodium today!! and its only after lunch... I've drank more than a gallon of water.. but does anyone have any better ideas on rectifying this problem??

Feeling weak during PMS?
Is it normal to feel weak during the days right before your TOM and also maybe during? I have never noticed this before, but today I cranked out 30 pushups and it about killed me. I never feel like that after doing only 30. Also I am cramping and bloated... but muscle fatigue??? Anyone??
